Unlike venues with on-site accommodation or multiple event spaces, Primrose Hill Farm is entirely yours, with no check-ins, no other guests, and no competing celebrations—just you, your guests, and a day that unfolds exactly as you imagined. 

From the moment you arrive, the space is entirely yours to enjoy—beautifully designed and effortlessly elegant as it stands or styled with your own personal touches. Whether you choose to add a few carefully considered details or bring a fully realised vision to life with your florist, it’s yours to make your own.

From boutique hotels and countryside retreats to cosy B&Bs, there’s no shortage of fantastic places to stay just minutes from the venue—perfect for relaxing with loved ones or unwinding as newlyweds.

Set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Primrose Hill Farm is perfectly placed for those who wish to explore the Cotswolds’ rolling landscapes and postcard-perfect villages. Just a short drive away, Stratford-upon-Avon offers historic charm, cultural attractions, and scenic riverside walks which are ideal for making a weekend of it.

Transparent, straightforward, and tailored to you. Every wedding at Primrose Hill Farm is unique, and our pricing reflects that. We offer exclusive use of the venue, a dedicated team, and an experience designed around your vision—all with no hidden costs or unexpected extras.

Our exclusive hire rates include:

Exclusive use of Primrose Hill Farm, comprising the Farm Barns and Orchard Barn on your wedding day

A full range of Farm Barn furniture for your desired layout, including our living trees, dining chairs & tables, sofa seating, poseur tables, occasional tables, and a cake table

Outdoor furniture, parasols on the Garden Terrace, and the alfresco Terrace Bar for reception drinks service

The Orchard Barn preparation rooms are available from 7.30am (until 3.30pm) on your wedding morning, with complimentary teas, coffee, fruit juices and fruit plate from The Kitchen. 

The Dressing Room, located just off the Ceremony Barn, for those mid wedding make up checks or evening party dress change.

Dedicated wedding planning support and an on-the-day coordinator

A private store barn is available the day before and day after your wedding

Access to “The Cave”, our curated collection of decorative items, lanterns, vases, easels, LED candles and more

A 2027 pricing table showing accommodation rates per month and day: Mon-Thurs from £3,750, Friday from £5,550-£7,750, Saturday from £4,750-£9,500, Sunday from £3,750-£5,950.
A 2028 pricing table for each month, showing rates for Monday-Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Prices range from £3,790 to £9,500, with higher rates on weekends and in summer months.

Bank Holidays and associated weekends are priced individually and are available upon request. 

All prices include VAT where applicable.

You are welcome to arrive and access The Orchard Barns from 7.30am so you can have a calm and relaxed morning. The Orchard Barns close at 3.30pm.

The Dressing Room is then available for mid-wedding make up checks or evening party dress change.

We take care of all setups, from ceremony seating to table layouts, so everything is ready for your florist, cake, and other suppliers from 9:30am. By 11am, your space will be perfectly styled, and we’ll invite you over from the Orchard Barn (champagne in hand!) for a final look.

  • Music: You’re welcome to have a band or DJ; we have a recommended list to help. Built-in speakers are available for background music and speeches. Music and dancing finish at midnight, with a slow wind-down until 12:30am
  • Catering: Our in-house chefs from The Kitchen provide all food, including evening grazing. We do not allow external caterers
  • Drinks: The Kitchen also provides all drinks, with the Farm Bar open throughout the day for additional purchases. You can set up a tab if you wish. Please note that it’s card payments only (no cash)

Yes! You’re welcome to bring personal items (table favours, name places, etc.) the day before. These can be stored in your dedicated storage barn, which we’ll also use to pack away your items for collection the next day. Guest cars can also be left overnight but must be collected by midday.

While we don’t have accommodation on site, we’ve compiled a detailed list of local accommodations to help you and your guests find the perfect place to stay nearby. Get in touch with our team for more information or to request recommendations tailored to your needs.

PLACES TO STAY

Ceremony and dinner: Up to 126 guests, with flexible layouts from long trestle tables to individual settings

Evening reception: The Farm Barns can accommodate up to a total of 180 standing guests and so there is plenty of room to invite additional evening guests post dinner if you would like to.
