Where it all began
Primrose Hill Farm is a family-built, family-run venue, created with passion and a deep love for bringing people together. When we purchased the farm in 2013, it was little more than a collection of derelict buildings surrounded by breathtaking Oxfordshire countryside. Over the years, we’ve transformed it into an exquisite wedding and events venue while staying true to our roots, our community, and our commitment to quality.
But this is still very much a working farm. Our own herd of Dexter cattle—the Primrose Hill Farm herd—grazes the pastures, and our 120 acres of wildflower hay meadows, woodlands, and ponds are carefully managed to enhance the natural beauty of the landscape and support local wildlife. Our honeybees thrive among the wildflowers, while our orchards provide seasonal fruit, all contributing to the rich biodiversity of the farm.
Loving local is in our DNA. From the materials used in our carefully restored barns to the exceptional food served at every event, we proudly support local businesses, farmers, and artisans. Our long-standing partnership with The Kitchen, led by Anthony and Jo Robinson, brings an elevated culinary experience to every event, with fine dining, incredible flavours, and flawless service at its core.
What started with four weddings in our first year has grown into a thriving calendar of weddings and private and corporate events. But some things haven’t changed—we still pull out all the stops for every couple, ensuring each wedding feels as personal and perfect as the last.

From the moment you first enquire to the final toast of the night, we offer support, guidance, and a level of service that feels personal, attentive, and effortless. Nothing is too much trouble, no detail too small.
On the day itself, you’ll barely notice us—yet we’ll be everywhere we need to be. Think of us as the calm, steady presence in the background, making sure everything flows perfectly while you focus on celebrating with the people you love most.
